How to contact the International Relations Office?

You can come and meet the International Relations Office team without an appointment, during opening hours, by first going to the service reception desk (Rémond building | 2nd floor | room A209).

You can also contact us by e-mail or by telephone, giving priority to the mobility officer who is following your case.

I am an international student and I would like to apply for a course (except for exchanges)

I am an international student admitted to a course (not on exchange) in 2023/2024

How do I register at the university?
You must first register administratively:
  • you have been admitted via Parcoursup or E-Candidat: you must register online
  • you have been admitted via the DAP: you must register on site by making an appointment. Be careful, do not make an appointment before you have obtained your visa (if you are concerned) and know your date of arrival in France
  • you have been admitted via Etudes en France: if you obtain your visa by 15 september 2023, you can register online. You will receive instructions by e-mail by the end of July, or by the end of August, if you are concerned. If you do not get your visa by 15 september 2023, you will have to register on site by making an appointment. Please do not make an appointment until you have obtained your visa (if you are concerned) and know your arrival date in France.
  • Students who have not been able to register by 22 September 2023 can apply for a derogatory registration authorisation from: etudiant.etranger@liste.parisnanterre.fr

I am an international exchange student via a specific programme (Erasmus, BCI, MICEFA, EDUC, etc.) or a bilateral agreement, in 2023/2024

  1. How do I register at the university?
    The International Relations Office will register you administratively at the university. This allows you to activate your ENT (digital workspace) before your arrival. You will be able to collect your student card at the Welcome reunion on 4 September 2023. You will then have to register for courses with the UFR (faculties). We will inform you of the dates and procedures at the beginning of September.
     
  2. Who should I contact to prepare my arrival?
    Since your notification of acceptance, you are in direct contact with a mobility manager of the International Relations Office. He/she is your main contact for the administrative aspects of your exchange. He/she is available to answer your questions by e-mail, by phone and also via the Teams Forum (provided, after your registration, you have activated your Office account). For accommodation and other practical questions, please consult the Welcome Desk section.
     
  3. Is a welcome meeting organised?
    A welcome meeting will take place on Monday 4 September 2023 at 10am (amphitheatre B2 of the Grappin building), followed by activities to help you discover the university.
