►Nomination
Students selected to study at University Paris Nanterre must be nominated by e-mail with the following information:
- Name
- First name
- Field of study
- Level of education
- Mobility period
A template is available here for European partners to fill in to facilitate nominations.

Nomination deadlines:
- 15 May for a stay during the 1st semester (September to January) or year (September to May)
- 15 October for a stay during the 2nd semester (January to May)

- Language certificate :
- B1 French
- B1 English if all chosen courses are in English
*Please note that without this document we will not be able to accept your students. Please inform them in advance so that they can provide this document when registering online. - Valid European Health Insurance Card (for students from the EURO zone)
- Identity photo for the student card
- Valid identity document
- Learning Agreement (choice of courses at UPN)
- or OLA for students from the EURO zone
►Erasmus Without Paper / Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
Digital learning agreement : University Paris Nanterre complies with Erasmus Without Paper and use the Erasmus Dashboard to manage the digital learning agreements. Our outgoing students must use the OLA. Incoming students must use the tool indicated by their home university.
