The University Paris Nanterre does not offer scholarships for international students. Consult the Campus France directory to find out about existing scholarship programmes.

Eiffel Excellence Scholarship
The University Paris Nanterre participates in the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship programme, a tool developed by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education establishments to attract the best students and train future international decision-makers in the private and public sectors in priority areas of study. The Eiffel scholarships are managed by Agence Campus France.

Eligibility criteria:
  • The programme is reserved for applicants of foreign nationality. Candidates with dual nationality, one of whom is French, are not eligible.
     
  • The levels of study are: master's degree, engineering degree or doctorate (newcomers, in 1st year of thesis or thesis already in progress).
     
  • The age limit for applying for a master's or engineering degree is 29, and 35 for a doctorate.
     
  • The fields of study for the master's and doctoral programmes are: humanities and social sciences - law and political science; economics and management; history, French language and civilisation - and science and technology - biology and health; ecological transition; mathematics and digital technology; engineering sciences.
