[EDUC] UPN Staff Days 2025 - European Projects

The University Paris Nanterre is pleased to host the UPN Staff Days – European Projects from 17 to 19 November 2025. Open to non-academic staff within the EDUC alliance, this event aims to foster a European network of project officers through knowledge sharing, networking, and joint initiatives. Pre-registration is open until 31 July 2025!

Join the UPN Staff Days – European Projects, 17–19 November 2025 at University Paris Nanterre!

 

From 17 to 19 November 2025, University Paris Nanterre (UPN) will host the UPN Staff Days – European Projects, a professional event dedicated to European project officers within the EDUC alliance.

Who can participate?

  • Non-academic staff involved in European project management across all EDUC partner universities (regardless of the programme).

Event goals:

  • Build a network of European project officers within EDUC.
  • Strengthen mutual knowledge of partner institutions and contact points.
  • Exchange best practices on key stages of project implementation: identifying funding opportunities, project design, coordination, and working with EU fund officers.
  • Encourage joint responses to European calls for proposals.
  • Lay the foundations for a permanent EDUC network of project officers.

Registration

  • Maximum capacity: 15 participants
  • Pre-registration open via the following online form until 31 July 2025
  • No participation fee.

Preliminary programme*

Monday, 17 November (Afternoon):
  • Welcome session.
  • Getting to know each other: discovering the working environments of European project managers across EDUC universities.
Tuesday, 18 November (Morning):
  • Exchange of practices (1/2): workshops by European programmes - Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, others.
  • Exchange of practices (2/2): world café by project cycle phases – from idea to implementation, from monitoring to reporting.
Tuesday, 18 November (Afternoon):
  • Imagining projects together: project fair.
  • Working together (1/2): why create an EDUC network of European project managers?
Wednesday, 19 November (Morning):
  • Working together (2/2): how to set up an EDUC network of European project managers?
  • Closing session.
